First Trailer Released for “Princess in Another Castle” Fan Film

The award-winning 2012 Zelda fan-film, ESCAPE, will soon receive a feature-length sequel called Princess in Another Castle, and the first trailer has been released! It does not have great audio, but still gives us many details about the continued story of Danni, the girl with the troubling childhood and a special place in her heart for video games. The trailer also has some commentary from the director about how fans can help with the film’s production. Watch the trailer after the jump!
I can’t wait for this film. ESCAPE was a fantastic concept, and was greatly received by several publications, including Zelda Dungeon. Now, a longer, deeper story follows and Zelda will not be the only game involved, or even the prime focus. With Mother for NES as the new core game and an actual script this time, I think that this sequel will be a very different, but still brilliant experience. The trailer goes over all the ways that fans can help make the final product even better, so I hope enough people donate to hit that $90,000 mark so that BaruchFilms can make the best film possible.
If you have not watched ESCAPE, I’d highly recommend seeing it, and then you can decide if you’d like to see the sequel, too.
