Final Tears of the Kingdom Pre-Launch Trailer Released

We are officially less than a month away from The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom! I cannot tell you how excited I am that we are in the final days of our very, very long wait. The teaser trailer from E3 2019 seems worlds away now that we have our hands on the final pre-launch trailer that released this morning.
I know that a lot of people were expecting a more story-centric trailer, but I think we were treated to something far better. Nintendo really knows how to hype Zelda fans up! This morning’s final trailer treated us to a lot of surprises, beautiful visuals, and some confirmations of a lot of theories that have been floating around since 2019. I feel like we did get an inkling toward the story to come, but I’m glad that we’re still kept in the dark about Tears of the Kingdom‘s plot.
I’ll save some of the finer details for those wishing to go into the game completely blind, but in short, I am excited! We see a lot of new and familiar faces, awesome looking enemies, all set to the backdrop of a beautiful new opening theme that made this trailer, and the game well, worth the wait in my book. There is a lot to unpack but, I can imagine that there will be something for everyone to enjoy when the game launches on May 12th.
