Fan Theory: Is Majora A Failure And The Fused Shadow A Success?

An up and coming video game theorist on YouTube, Dr. Wily, has tried his hand at Majora’s Mask recently. His evidence from Twilight Princess and Majora’s Mask is certainly interesting, though not as compelling as one might hope.
One of Dr. Wily major points is that the Twili were the “ancient tribe” the Happy Mask Salesman spoke of. However, if Midna is supposed to be a model citizen of her people; she doesn’t seem evil or power-hungry to me at all. The Twili people the player is able to talk to do not seem particularly evil either, perhaps a little eccentric, but not evil.
In addition, Dr. Wily mentions the apparent lack of control Majora and Zant have at the very end of their respective games. This point has more merit, as it is very obvious how frantic and wild both bosses are, and would explain why Majora is such an easy boss. If one’s enemy has no control or “battle plan”, as Dr. Wily mentions, it is easy to defeat them.
