Fan-Edited Night Version of Zelda Wii U’s Hyrule Field

A reddit user named ninemonkeys has edited a screenshot of Zelda Wii U’s Hyrule Field from the recent E3 trailer to be set at night, and the result is quite amazing. The shading and vista look rather authentic, and fans could very well expect the nighttime visuals of the actual game to look like this.

This visual, in my eyes, is even better than the daytime shot. It looks so tranquil, thought we know that a giant laser monster is just beyond the hill, so it is also quite ominous. Imagine if the whole trailer was like the Zelda Wii U tech demo from 2012, where you could flip from day to night and vice-versa on the fly, at any part of the video. This game is sure to look utterly amazing when it finally releases, and I know that I won’t be the only one at GameStop on the release day, ready to see those awesome HD graphics.
