Drift Away in this Piano Cover of Ocarina of Time’s Opening Theme

What can you say about the opening theme from Ocarina of Time that hasn’t been said before? It is such a soft and warm introduction to a game that many consider to be one of the greatest of all time. It perfectly complements the opening sequence of Link riding on Epona along the hillside of Hyrule Field. And the biggest key to what makes it sound so terrific is the use of piano.
You can clearly hear that element in this piano cover of Ocarina of Time‘s opening theme by Alodia Gosiengfiao. Known more for her cosplay and vlogs, this arrangement appears as a pleasant surprise for those who follow her channel. This cover is simple and beautiful, as Gosiengfiao recreates the instantly recognizable theme in a style befitting the quality of official Zelda music.
