Earlier this year, Nintendo and The LEGO Group partnered up to take legendary brick-building to a new level. Since then, fans have been treated to a Nintendo Entertainment System LEGO model, and a Super Mario LEGO set. Both items went down a treat with Nintendo fans, and somehow it feels like an official Zelda-themed LEGO set could soon be on the horizon. Until then, however, we can enjoy fan creations to tide us over.

Last year, legolamaniac showcased a pretty cool Zelda-inspired LEGO puzzle box on their Youtube channel. The aim of the game is to draw the Master Sword from its pedestal without detaching puzzle-pieces, with a secondary goal to find a hidden green time crystal afterwards. The puzzle creator goes a step further to satisfy those LEGO fans who just have to know how it’s built, by uploading a speed-build of The Sword Box too.

The puzzle box recently popped up again as Chris Ramsay, a popular magician and puzzle box solver, completed it on his Youtube channel. Chris solved The Sword Box within 40 minutes, declaring it one of the most fun sequential discovery puzzles he’s ever done. He allocated a difficulty rating of at least 7.5 out of 10, and encouraged fans to check it out.

If you’d like to solve The Sword Box yourself, take a look at the creator’s website. The puzzle box is priced at 475.00, which is approximately $560.00 USD. It comes in a ready-to-solve state, with only minor assembly required for the decorations on top, which have been detached to protect them during shipping.

Do you plan to buy The Sword Box? And how quickly do you think you could pull the Master Sword from it’s pedestal? Let us know in the comments below!
