Check Out This Fan-Made Homage to Super Mario Galaxy in Tears of the Kingdom

Redditor Ultrababouin on r/HyruleEngineering brought the fandom an immense amount of joy after posting a video entitled “Super Zelda Galaxy.” The creator managed to illuminate Tears of the Kingdom with Easter eggs and homages to Super Mario Galaxy — literally and figuratively. The hype is amplified because they put Galaxy music over the showcase.

The post opens with Link standing on a small “planet” decked out in Fleet Lotus Seeds and a cleverly placed Star Fragment. Ultrababouin continues, showing how a well-placed Mario sound bite can make you feel like you’re playing a totally different game. Watch Link hop around from galaxy to galaxy, fight bosses, and even talk to a Luma (the star creature dressed as a Korok)! And just wait until you see it become a planet!

The Tears of the Kingdom community has been hard at work pushing the limits of Ultrahand over the last year, and this is one of the most joyous efforts, for sure!
