Happy Birthday Nintendo, You’re Now 127 Years Old

I know we’re a little late on the draw here, but my college’s internet decided that it didn’t want this to go up today. Regardless, let’s all wish a Happy 127th Birthday to the Big N! Over the years, they’ve given so much and taken an equal amount from us. But let’s just remember all the things that they’ve given us and look forward to the hopefully bright future ahead! The future brings with it the NX, Breath of the Wild, and more from Nintendo. There’s a lot to look forward in these next few months (like maybe a new Metroid Prime game, wink wink nudge nudge). Regardless, Happy Birthday, Nintendo!

In the same vein, regale us with some of your fondest memories of Nintendo! For me, it would be the very first time I played a video game – Super Mario World. I first played it at my friend’s house back when I was like 2 or 3 and then that prompted me to get into gaming, so, Nintendo, thanks for introducing me to the big, wide world of gaming!
