In the speedrunning community, Awesome Games Done Quick is something of a Superbowl. The week-long marathon, benefiting the Prevent Cancer Foundation, features runners from all around the world as they showcase the skips, glitches, and exploits that allow them to finish our favorite games as quickly as possible. This year’s event, which began yesterday and runs until Saturday, has a ton of fun in store, not the least of which being a handful of Zelda speedruns.
Awesome Games Done Quick runs from Sunday, January 7th to Saturday, January 13th.
You can find the full schedule right here, but fans can find the list of scheduled Zelda speedruns below:
- Ocarina of Time (100%): Friday, January 12th at approximately 6:20 PM PST.
- The Legend of Zelda 3-Way Race (100% No Up+A): Saturday, January 13th at approximately 5:20 AM PST.
