Awesome Custom-Painted Majora’s Mask Game Boy
Posted on March 24 2015 by Darrin W. Harr
Yes, the Game Boy came out many years ago in 1989. Yes, it’s outdated and the hardware is laughable compared to today’s standards. No, that does not mean Game Boys can’t be awesome by today’s standards!
This awesome custom painted Game Boy has a familiar face on it. That’s right, this particular fan-created Game Boy re-skin is modeled after Skull Kid, taking on the persona of Majora’s Mask.
The D-pad and the B button are both cleverly morphed with Skull Kid’s eyes, and the speaker holes are morphed with the dimples in the mask that are seen on the real thing in-game. On the back is a very angry-looking Moon, the Triforce, and some spooky green text saying, “Majora’s Mask.”
Full-sized pictures of this custom Game Boy can be viewed in the gallery below.
