Australian Skyward Sword Launch Party

Andrew Brown, from Nintendo World Report, was lucky enough to attend Australia’s launch party for The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword and Super Mario 3D Land. The EB Games store in Melbourne was converted into what Brown called a Nintendo themed club where fans were able to play the demo version of Skyward Sword and watch some classic Zelda footage. Some fans were also given many goodies, but for some reason would not show exactly what they were. Throughout the night, there was food, trivia, and a cosplay contest that resulted in two fans going home with a 3DS. When midnight finally arrived everyone rushed to get their copy of the game and then went home to enjoy it. To see more pictures from the night, make the jump.
