Monday Comic Corner – Rauru’s Plan

This week on Monday Comic Corner we have another Dorkly comic! Again the game is Ocarina of Time, however this comic examines something a bit more important to the fate of Hyrule than Link questioning himself. We know that Link holds the Triforce of Courage, and is apparently crucial to defeating Ganondorf, but why really? The Goron’s have a bit more rational plan. Hit the jump to read!

So sure, Rauru probably has some valid points about Link being the Hero of Time, and the Gorons aren’t exactly credited as being the smartest race in the world (they do eat rocks), but as the comic said, they also have a guy the size of a mountain. A mountain. I’d like to see that battle between Ganondorf and Biggoron.

At the very least the Gorons could probably do a lot to keep Ganondorf at bay, and let Link get the final blows in. Forcing a child to be suspended in time seven years, then go defeat the most powerful, evil force that has ever existed is quite the tall order. He could have used a little more help than what was given him in the game.
