Another Wind Waker speedrun record broken!

A month ago, the internet stood in shock when the reigning king of The Wind Waker speedruns, Cosmo, was dethroned by Swedish runner Demon9 with a time of 4:34:09. Of course, speedrunning is a section of gaming that will always be unpredictable and constantly changing. Thus holds true here; hardly a few weeks after Demon9’s triumph, Cosmo managed to reclaim the World Record with an astounding time of 4:32:26! This puts Cosmo on top again with a lead of 1 minute and 43 seconds.
Jump inside to see Cosmo’s latest world record run, but viewers be warned – four and a half hours is a lot of footage to watch. Plus, Cosmo tends to curse a lot in his videos when he gets frustrated or things become tense, so if you have problems with swearing you may want to lower the volume.
And so, it has happened: Cosmo’s reign as the Wind Waker speedrun king has resumed again. This is hardly permanent; at any time, this record could be beaten again by other speedrunners like Demon9 or Cosmo himself! You can keep track of the latest speedrun records at Zelda SpeedRuns.
