“Zelda Potions: Medicine, or Placebo?” video

Potions are a staple in Hyrule, but how much good do they really do? Do they have bona fide medicinal properties or magic, or are the just sugar water? What are the ingredients required to create such concoctions?

The Game Theorists on YouTube (not to be confused with those who study the subject of game theory) just might have the answers. This is only speculation however so take it with a grain of salt.
