Zelda-inspired proposal

Getting engaged is one of the most important and special moments of a person’s life. In this day and age, many people go above and beyond the traditional proposal and try to make it an extravagant experience that their partner will never forget. A few days ago, Reddit user, Hid3nka, posted about how her boyfriend proposed to her using Zelda, her favorite game series. He created a treasure chest that contained the engagement ring and the spiritual stones. It also played music. To read the story and see a picture, make the jump!
One night, during a family get together, her boyfriend said he needed to go out and buy some last minute Christmas presents. Not thinking too much about it, she said ok and he left. After being gone for seven hours, she started to get worried and called her boyfriend. She got no answer. To try to take her mind off of it, her younger siblings convinced her to play video games with them. Later, her boyfriend bursts through the door wearing the Hylian shield and Master Sword. Relived, she asked if he was ok, but he ignored her question and instead launched into a story about how an old man told him he had to save the world. The old man also told him it was dangerous to go alone and gave him a wooden sword to fight with. He then changed the story to A Link to the Past, her favorite game. In the end he said he was given one wish on the Triforce and he wished for her. That is when he proposed.
I think this is such a sweet way to propose. Ladies, would you want to be proposed to in this way? Men, would you ever think of a way like this to propose? What is your idea for a Zelda proposal? Let us know in the comments!
