GlitterBerri: What to Translate Next?
Posted on August 14 2012 by ralphpotato
Our partner, the spectacular GlitterBerri has a treat for us. As you all know, GlitterBerri does an excellent job translating Japanese for our reading pleasure, and now she has given us the opportunity to choose what she will translate next between three developer interviews. Have you ever been curious to know about the making of Majora’s Mask, Wind Waker, or the Oracle Series? Well now is your chance to vote on which interview will be translated! (Plus, there are bonuses!) Hit the jump for the rules and how to vote!
Here’s a rundown of what you need to know. GlitterBerri has three interviews sitting on the table, and you have until August 24th to cast your vote. As you would expect, the interview that receives the most votes by the 24th will be translated by GlitterBerri over the next month.
How do you vote, you ask? A simple donation of $1 via PayPal counts as one vote, and as it would be, you vote will also support GlitterBerri keep her website running and will continue to allow her to translate Japanese text for us (which I might remind you has been provided free of charge). Everybody wins.
Lastly, I mentioned that there were bonuses. If you cast 5 votes, GlitterBerri will translate your name into Japanese. Move it up a notch, if you cast 10 votes, she will translate your name and a short sentence, which is perfect for forum signatures, tumblr posts, secret messages, or anything else your heart desires.
For the full rules and place of entry, please visit GlitterBerri’s website. Remember, you may vote as many times as you want, so if you really want to see that Majora’s Mask interview, so don’t be afraid to donate more!
