A New Sweet Feature Available Thanks to Fishing Holes in Majora’s Mask 3D

There are a slew of changes and additions to Majora’s Mask 3D, but none of them are so blatantly new in terms of actual content than the fishing holes, something that was never present in the original game. It should come as no surprise then that there are some unique features to these brand new areas. One of those features just revealed by the fine folks over at IGN is the ability to wear the Fierce Deity’s Mask. For those Majora’s Mask veterans out there, you will recall that previously you could only wear this mask in boss fight situations, making this the first time you can wear it outside of them.

Unfortunately, you can’t use the sword and you aren’t able to leave the fishing hole wearing it, but you can still perform all the acrobatic moves and… fish! It’s really neat since we have never really been able to just wear the mask in a casual fashion before. What do you think?
