Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra Performs Zelda Tunes for Gaming Marathon
Posted on March 09 2015 by Rod Lloyd
Charity organizer SpecialEffect recently held gaming marathon GameBlast 2015 to help raise money for gamers with disabilities. As part of the marathon, the Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra performed a series of amazing Zelda pieces. The ensemble showed off some classical renditions and medleys of our favorite Zelda songs and they are all absolutely beautiful.
The Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra has released five different pieces onto YouTube. In addition to the Minish Cap Medley heard above, one can find a Shop Theme Medley, Outset Island Theme, Gerudo Valley Theme, and the Ballad of the Wind Fish. If you like the sounds heard in these videos, the Orchestra’s organizer Massimo Gallotta encourages fans to visit a future Symphony of the Goddesses event. The schedule of available shows is found right here.
The pieces were written for GameBlast 2015, a gaming marathon organized by SpecialEffect. SpecialEffect raises money for gamers with disabilities and helps to improve their lives. For information and a chance to show your support, you can visit their website right here.
