'''Stone Beaks''' are the [[The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening DX|DX]] counterpart of the [[Stone Slab Fragment]]s from ''[[The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening|Link's Awakening]]''. They are found within treasure chests in every [[dungeon]], and they allow [[Link (A Link to the Past)#Link's Awakening|Link]] to understand the [[Owl Statue]]s' otherwise unintelligible words.{{Ref|LADX|355|In-Game Description}} When a Stone Beak is found, Link can take it to an Owl Statue for advice.{{Ref|LADX|262|In-Game Description}} As long as Link has obtained one beak within the dungeon, he can understand all of the hints that the Owl Statues of the area have to give.
