Parapa Palace is the first dungeon in The Adventure of Link, located in the Parapa Desert of Western Hyrule. Within, Link must recover the Candle and defeat Horsehead, the palace's boss. Upon completion, Link places one of the six Crystals, a necessary step to enter the Great Palace.

Candle

The Candle is uncovered in the basement of Parapa Palace after dispatching a Guma and Orange Iron Knuckle. Like most other items in The Adventure of Link, it must be claimed to continue with the quest. With the Candle in his possession, Link is able to see inside of caves.
