Parapa Palace is the first dungeon in The Adventure of Link, located in the Parapa Desert of Western Hyurle. Parapa Palace is filled with enemies such as Tinsuits, Bots, Stalfos, Bubbles, Iron Knuckles and a few Mace Throwers. Link receives the Candle in this dungeon, the first item of the game. The boss goes by the name of Horsehead, a half-horse, half-man creature similar to a Centaur. As is true with all dungeons in The Adventure of Link, when Link places the crystal in the statue in the room next to the boss room and has claimed the item, the Palace will turn to stone, and thus he will not be able to enter it again.
