They are attracted to fire, including the fuse of [[Link (Ocarina of Time)#Majora's Mask|Link]]'s [[bomb]]s, and will usually ignore Link if he stays away from them. If Link lights a [[Deku Stick]], however, they will follow him and deal damage. When summoned by Odolwa, they seek out Link and attack, regardless of whether or not he has a Deku Stick lit or not.
