The Royal Guard's Claymore is a two-handed sword found in Breath of the Wild, Age of Calamity, and Tears of the Kingdom.
Breath of the Wild
"The Sheikah used the very essence of ancient technology to forge this greatsword. It was designed to oppose the Calamity, but its low durability made it impractical in battle."
Royal Guard's Claymores are part of the Royal Guard's set, along with a one-handed sword, a polearm, a bow, and a shield. They have a base power of 72 and a base durability of 15. While it's base damage is massive, its durability is very low, making it unreliable in battle. The Royal Guard's Claymore features a black cross-guard with a crimson ribbon wrapped around the grip. Design-wise, it's similar to the Royal Claymore, with the only difference being the color scheme. With the maximum +44 Attack possible as a bonus, the Royal Guard's Claymore becomes the single mightiest weapon in the game by raw power, at a staggering 116, though the Ancient Battle Axe++ can outdamage it with Ancient Proficiency if it is applied.

Tears of the Kingdom
"A decayed claymore prototype for the royal guard. It's made of a metal refined using an unusual method, and it holds massive destructive power just before it breaks."
Royal Guard's Claymores are part of the Royal Guard's set. They are most often found decayed, where they have a base power of 32. While it is not durable, it has the potential to deal extra damage just before it breaks.
