Festari is a Minish appearing in The Minish Cap who is the priest of the Minish Village. When Link first meets him, he gets surprised because he has not seen a Human in a very long time. Festari is the only Minish that understands and talks the Human languages. When Link first encounters Festari, he tells Link where the Jabber Nut is found, which is in the Barrel House. With the Jabber Nut, Link can understand the Minish language. When Link heads for the Deepwood Shrine, Festari lets Link access to the path leading there.
