Five-Star Isles is a set of small islands at the southeast corner of the Great Sea in The Wind Waker.
Heart Piece
South of the island is a submarine, where Link must defeat all the enemies. Once they have been defeated, a treasure chest will appear on a raised platform, and climb up the latter, and a Heart Piece will be in the chest.
After using Treasure Chart #33 (which you received from Minenco on Windfall Island after showing her a picture of herself), you will be able to pull up a treasure chest in this area containing a Heart Piece.
