Bawbs are small, explosive enemies seen in A Link Between Worlds.[1]
Overview
Appearing much like Bombites from Link's Awakening, these enemies follow Link around the room. Once hit with Link's sword, the Bawb starts to act like a bomb, flashing red for a few seconds before exploding. Before this happens, they can be picked up and thrown to activate certain switches. Bawbs will continue to respawn in any room they're found, meaning they can never be truly defeated.
They first appear within Thieves' Hideout, and later appear within Lorule Castle.
