Spiked Thwomps are enemies in Link's Awakening as well as both Oracle games. They are a variant of Thwomp, an enemy from the Mario franchise, although Spiked Thwomps have not appeared outside of The Legend of Zelda franchise.

Link's Awakening
Spiked Thwomps can be found in the side-scrolling areas of Angler's Tunnel and Catfish's Maw. These big slabs of stone are one of the enemies that cannot be destroyed. They stay motionless at the top of the screen, waiting for Link to walk underneath them.
Spiked Thwomps attack in the same way as the Thwomps, but their attack are hard to avoid because they are bigger. If Link is too slow, the Thwomp will slam down on him as he walk underneath it. Link needs to equip his Pegasus Boots and make a quick dash to the other side to avoid getting hurt.
Oracle of Seasons and Oracle of Ages
