I had to roll the Poes even if the Iron Knuckle and Stalfos are in there. Poes are unique, and the rare ones such as the composer brothers bring an air of intrigue onto Hyrule itself with their stories told in the graveyard.

Iron Knuckles hands down. These guys are the coolest enemies I came across in OoT. They're fun to fight and if you time it right you can easily take them all out without getting any damage.
