I'm having a hard time choosing between Stallord and Phantom Ganon.

I love dragon/dinosaur looking monsters but Phantom Ganon wins me over.

There's a ton of awesome bosses up there, but I ultimately chose Bongo Bongo because I found he perfectly encapsulated everything haunting about the Shadow Temple. This prevailing idea that a dark side of Hyrule existed as it did added to the overall atmosphere of the experience. Chilling, haunting, eerie, and bad to the beat; Bongo Bongo is a winner in my camp.
