Tears of the Kingdom Tears of the Kingdom paraglider?

I'm a late bloomer.....Just got thru BotW, been playing TotK for a few days. Can't seem to find paraglider. Do I have to wait until later in the game to get it or did I miss it already? ( I've only completed 10 shrines and just arrived at Lookout Landing.)

talk to everyone at lookout landing if i remember rightly.... i got stuck too and had to ask a friend....

It is at Lookout Landing. You need to progress the main quest there to get it.
