I just killed off a few brain cells watching these commercials

I just learned about this franchise called "Planet Fitness". While I appreciate the idea of a "judgement free zone" where beggininerrs can work out, The lunk alarm is completely asinine. Plus not having squat rack because the 5 lifts Deadlift, Squats, Bench Press, Overhead Press and Rows are beginner exercises.

Yea lmao. Ironically they're being judgemental by bashing everyone for doing their own thing. Bodybuilders, Fitchicks, combat athletes, yoga people and crossfitters.

These commercials distinctly look dated, I remember people talking about this like 10 years ago or so, and even then, it was people asking about the lunk alarm as if it was some kind of urban legend.

They are just a regular gym, at least the one in my area is.
