How do you answer people who says "Video games makes you stupid"?

Well I could shut them down with facts, figures, cite numerous scientific studies and good old fashioned conventional wisdom but I'd probably just be more inclined to tell them to stop being pissants and grow up but that's only because I have an extremely low tolerance for idiotic behavior.
