Phantom Hourglass Defeating Bellum in the Temple

I've got to the last bit where I have to stop time by tracing a figure of eight between the yellow corners. No matter what size I do, I can't seem to stop time. I keep my stylus on the screen, as the walkthrough says. Any suggestions?

Well, how are you drawing the figure eight? I had trouble with that too, but I eventually got the hang of it. Keep trying; you could just be drawing it wrong. That's what happened to me. And that's all the advice I can give you. Hope it helps.

Thanks. I drew it really fast , almost a scribble, and mostly it worked. At least I'm through to the next bit.
