PH Sun Key and Crest Help

OK I got the sun key and arrived at the door but when I went to transfer the crest to open the door it's gone from my sea chart??? Tried reseting the game and its still not there. Any ideas on how to get it back so I can move on???

I'm pretty sure you were supposed to draw it yourself, I'm sorry to say.

Nope. There would be a yellow frame if I had to draw it right. I think this is the part where you close the DS to transfer the crest from the chart to open the door and like I said....its not on the chart????

You don't have to transfer the crest onto the door so that way you open it. All you do is tap it to open it with the Sun Key. The closing of the DS is so that way you can find the key. Once you find the key, the symbol will dissapear. Yes, a yellow frame on the screen would resemble that you would have to draw on it.

Tried that and it didn't work. Still says to transfer crest. I think either this game or my ds is screwed up because this isnt the first problem I've had. Restarted the game completely and it worked fine this time. Thanks for the help tho
