I know Chibi Robo is a less loved franchise, but I thought the series was an absolute blast and the stages are ripe for some Smash Brothers interpretations.
With the inclusion of Mega Man I think a stage based on that franchise is almost guaranteed, but I'm very excited to see what they do.
I swore off the Assassin's Creed franchise after they started spinning off 2 every year. I think the series got extremely stale, and even 3 felt half-assed. So know that what I say comes from someone whose love for the franchise has been sufficiently burned out.
Assassin's Creed IV is a blast...
I would love to scrape together the old Factor 5 team (of Rogue Squadron fame) and give them a shot at Star Fox.
Give Ubisoft Montpellier (Rayman Legends) a crack at New Super Mario Brothers (your list and mine had the same great thought!)
Bioware can have Metroid
Team Ico should give me...
I know that game has had some mixed reactions, but I absolutely loved it. The art, music, and story resonated very strongly with me. I haven't had a chance to play Burial at Sea, but I'm looking forward to it. If you haven't played Bioshock 1 and 2, I highlighly recommend it :)

The snowmen are killing me. The last installment I played was Wild World, and the addition of snowflake collecting, BINGO, and the snowtyke are definitely turning into a time suck. I don't know if 'fun' is the right label, but I can't stop playing and I feel a sense of reward when I'm done...
I've been binging on Animal Crossing New Leaf. I go in phases with these games... buy at launch, play obsessively for a month, forget about it for a half a year, then go back and binge. The game definitely has more than enough outlets for my compulsions.
I don't follow Marvel so know that my knowledge is limited, but it's my understanding this doesn't affect canon. As long as the writers and illustrators in charge of storylines remain the same, do these non-canonical events really influence the integrity of the comic that you like?
I hope that...
I love playing with the gamepad. Being able to manage inventory without pausing has ruined other consoles for me - it's a feature that I wholly under-appreciated until I replayed Skyward Sword and have to pause for inventory management. I also share my tv with two other roommates, so being able...
