Since Zelda is basically Hylia's incarnation, I don't think Hylia is even alive anymore, except for these shreds of memory/consciousness inside the statues
Definitely legend of Aang. First off, Legend of Korra didn't really feel the same. The Last Airbender had a lot of character development, and everything that happened had meaning for the characters as much as for the plot. Every character faced its own struggles, and it really helped make them...
3D. I love 2D Zelda games a lot too, but they tend to have a lot less possibilities, either in gameplay or environment/obstacles. There is also the immersion aspect of the 3D, and having a 3rd dimension really helps with the impression that a vast world awaits, rather than seeing a cramped...
Wiimote all the way. I think its way more immersive, even if it doesn't mirror your moves like in SS, than just mashing a button (fsr i also like standing when I play Zelda. Kinda feels more immersive, i guess). The aiming just feels natural, and so do shield bashes. Why have gyro when you can...
Another option would be some form of inheritance. When Link reincarnates, he'd keep some of his skills, like archery and swordsmanship. Having the impression that time slows down would be his ability to concentrate, perfected through many lifetimes
This would explain why the temple of time in OoT is near Hyrule Castle, and in TP it's in a secret part of Faron Woods, or why some species where completely erased from existence, sometimes then coming back, or why every dungeon seems to disappear as the era ends, and new ones just materialize
This is improbable, since it would mean the master sword transforms back to the divine sword, Zelda becomes Hylia again, and Fi is brought back to life
Also improbable, as Demise is said to have emerged from a crack in the earth with an army of demons in the SS intro
I don't think a previous...
Or maybe the curse itself is nearly lifted, after being defeated countless times for so long, Demise's hatred has tempered down. And it would be a decisive victory, and an end to the timeline (whatever happens, there will probably be more prequels)
I don't think there is a fourth goddess to look for. First of all, I don't think the elements Link imbues the Four Sword with should be associated with the goddesses. It would be the same as saying every element from the sages in ocarina of time should have their own god. Instead, I'd look at...
