TP: Reenter Forest Temple + OoA: Bomb Upgrade

Hi! Two totally unrelated questions!

1. In Twilight Princess, I forgot to collect a piece of heart in the forest temple. I wanted to return to the temple to claim my piece, but, the poisonous fog stopped me - and there was no monkey with a lantern this time...
How can I get back to the forest temple?!

2. In Oracle of Ages, I'd like to get the bomb upgrade (10->30 bombs), which is located somewhere in Talus Peaks. But I can't find it. I have already repaired the broken nut and restored Symmetry Village. Is this a problem?
How can I get this bomb upgrade?

I can't help you with OoA, but for TP it's easy.

Just use your own lantern to clear away the fog by swinging it every few steps. Also, if you've already got the Master Sword, just warp back to North Faron Woods :T
