Nah. In majoras mask if you attack gibdo with fire arrows they will become redeads so theyre blind because i dont think they can see trough their white paper whats its called. maybe they hear link?

I thought that was a good idea at first but don't they have a hole for a nose too? I don't think they can smell.

I assume they somehow sense Link. Like an extra sense or something. I wouldn't doubt it. We have to remember though, it is Zelda, after all.

you know when you kill one the other redeads starts to move. thats because they want to eat redead u kill. so they are hungry for anything.

If they have an inability to see, then I would assume they would use their other senses - such as scent (although they appear to lack a nose) or sound. Who knows, maybe the redead have a sense we are unaware of.

I never thought about it, but to me, sight would be the most likely. They may have eyes. Just because you can't see them in the sockets doesn't mean they don't exist. haha
