Default More Difficult: OoT or MM?

Which one do you think is harder, MM or OoT?

I find MM harder because you need to find all these masks and only have 3 days to do things. The songs are hard to find and there are lots of tricks that you don't see coming.

MM, definitely. Unlike OOT, it's entirely possible in MM to completely lose all progress in a dungeon due to events in the game. If the moon falls while you're in a dungeon, too bad, you've got to do it over again. (Minus the items you get there, of course.)
Where would we be without swords, magic, and beer?

Yeah I'd completely agree with this. Also, with the time limit it kinda made you feel panicky if you're running low on time and you haven't completed a dungeon yet. I remember only having a few hours left when I was going in to fight the Gyorg boss, and I was really nervous.

Deffinately MM. I love the game, but I hate the dungeons (if that makes any sense) because of the difficulty. I don't like 'OMG hard'/'OMG challenging' games, so it's kind of a turn-off for me. If the game were even slightly easier, I'd love it that much more.

MM is way harder then OOT because it is hard with a three day limit to do things.OOT is way easier because you dont have a time limit. But MM mask is fun too even with the darn time limit.

all way around i say mm. you have to do a lot of things in just two days and if you don't get it done you have to go back in time and pretty much do it all over again!

While it took me a couple of years to beat MM(though there were periods of a few months in which I wouldn't play the game), after knowing what to do, it's not so bad, I have to admit (at least so far).

This is a tough question actually. Since if you look at just pure difficulty of a game... I think Majora's Mask is clearly harder. However... for gamers like me that got into Ocarina of Time when it first came out, everything was brand new. The game controls and 3d environment added an extra difficulty that no Zelda titled provided before. Part of what made Ocarina of Time difficult the first time through was its unknown factor. (That's why even I had some trouble in the Great Deku Tree the first time playing it). Even the simplest puzzles were difficult for me.

So, in a way, Ocarina of Time had prepared us for Majora's Mask. Thus, I think Ocarina of Time was actually harder the first time I played it than Majora's Mask was. But overall, Majora's Mask is a much tougher game.

I thought Majora's Mask was pretty hard, but then, I never beat Ocarina of Time. Still working on it....

For me, Ocarina was easier once you knew what to do, but it was harder to FIGURE OUT what to do. Whereas Majora's Mask was the opposite. You knew exactly what to do, you just couldn't do it in time....

The only reason I beat Majora's Mask was because I catch on to dungeons easily. Once I find the "trick" I can beat a dungeon in downwards of a half an hour, which is only thirty hours of Termina time, hence the night of the second day wouldn't even pass for quite a while..

Either way, I loved Majora's Mask.

hard question. normmaly i judge things like the if i think back when i played it for my first time.
for me, Basicly MM is harder, but not with dungeons. for me the dungeons were easy, the hard part about it is, when you want to progress further in the game itself. you always had to do something before you could even enter the dungeon. and then the masks, it wasn 't a easy job finding it. but the 3 day time limit, doesn 't affect me at all with pressure. and not to mention you have the song of inverted time.

with OOT, it was easy to progress further after you beat a dungeon.
but some dungeons were quite harder then MM dungeons.

but... i'm getting a deja vu here, i think we deeply discussed the diffuculty between MM and OOT before in a other topic if i remember correctly.

MM Definitely. I still to this day have not completed that game, simply because it's too hard, or it's too hard and I don't feel like completing it. 3 Days doesn't help either.

MM was way harder than OoT. I didn't know what to do, where to go, or who to talk to. So I stopped attempting to beat it, picked it up a year later, and then figured it out.

I say MM was harder due to the mask collecting. I haven't beat it though i am at the Stone Tower.

Well do you want to know a song to slow down time or a song that can speed up time?

    Here they are:

Slow is just "The Song of Time" played backwards
    And
Fast is just "The Song of Time"; each note played twice, hoped that helped!
