    Default Boss Connections

I noticed that some bosses are similer to eachother, or even the same!
Like the twinrovas on OOT and OOS. Also the volvogia and the dragon boss in TP, And the gohma's (armogohma and queen gohma). I might have missed a few, but ive only owned 4 zelda games.

Yes, I can see what you mean. Perhaps Nintendo has reused bosses in the past (in the case of Twinrova.), and perhaps there are several different Gohmas in the world.

In the original LOZ, there were several ghomas, so that sounds right.

A great example is the Dodongo, and variations of it. I can think of several times you fight Dodongos in LOZ, there are black blobs that act as dodongos in Link's Awakening, King Dodongo in Ocarina of Time, and the Dodongo in Phantom Hourglass (forget his name). Dodongo is also a boss in one of the Oracle games as well.

I guess we'll just have to assume that Dodongos live all over the place, and in a bunch of the games. Same with Gohmas, even though they're a rare sight.

One thing I've noticed is the similarity between Majora from MM and Bellum from PH, they have the same colour and the eye(s) have the same style. Is there a connection?

yeah, you also have bongo bongo in OOT, gohdan in MM and Mazaal in TMC.

Design may be different but way beating it is still samiliar. aim for the hands and then the head.

Yeah, I noticed Queen Gohma and Armogohma, Twinrova, and the other bosses. I think Nintendo kind of remade the Dodongo's for later games too. Like in Majora's Mask and Twilight Princess there were creatures that breathed fire and had a hard outter shell and a tail as the weakness on the end, which were kind of like Dodongo's but in a sort of remade form.

Morpha in OoT and Morpheel in TP is a pretty logic combination too.

Also, Barinade in OoT and Kalle Demos in TWW was pretty much alike in the fighting system, in my opinion. They're not much alike as creatures, but the whole fight has very much in common.

I noticed this too. Actually, in my opinion, the Chu Chus were the most noticable. From the smiling tyrants in Majora's Mask, to the blobs of jelly in Twilight Princess. In MM the Chu Chus merely dropped hearts, arrows, and magic jars. In TWW you had to bring the jelly itself to a person named Doc Bandam, he would then create a potion for you if you had an empty bottle. Now in TP you can take the jelly straight, and burn it for lamp oil. Perhaps these creatures tie into the timeline somehow...? Or maybe they're just portrayed in different ways in different games?

i dont think the bosses and monsters themselves really give any answers to the timeline theories. i have speculated this a lot because some games have the same monsters as other games but different monsters from other games. i think thats just coincedence. as far as boss connections go, the dragon in WW could be a descendant of the dragon in OoT, because if the land is just a flooded Hryule, then the volcano that you fight the dragon in could very well be the same Death Mountain with a new Dragon Guardian. also, no one mentioned this, but isnt there a dodongo in TP?

The Twinrova were reused in the Oracle series because the game is in the Child Timeline, wich means that they were never killedby Link(who Killed them in the Adult Timeline part of OoT)

I think that they are the same sisters that you meet in the swampy area in the boat house and the one you have to rescue later on in the forest so i am not sure if Link actually killed them (Dunno, may be different).

Anyway I don't that the bosses are connected that much really other than similarities other than the Ghoma

There is a boss in Wind Waker that looks like Stallord, but has a lava based field instead of sand based.
You are Hylian, you just have to find it deep inside of you.
