Tingle is , needless to say, one of the most irritating zelda characters of all time. Just the way he looks can send shivers up your spine.
To cosplay as Tingle would be embarrassing to say the least, but hey, maybe he's got good enough self esteem to do it. :D

I don't think anyo0ne actually likes tingle. and if they do, then they have probably played Freshly picked tingles rosy rupee land. Or they don't mind paying 398 rupees in WW for him to decode/translate the charts. None the less, tingle is a freak. However, i wonder what he would look like in TP?

I never saw how people find him so irritating.
Sure, he's not the most fun of characters, but personally, I don't find him to be that bad at all. He makes me laugh sometimes in MM.

He's not my favorite, but I don't dislike him. He's actually pretty amusing sometimes. The kooloo-limpah thing is hilarious.

I do not mind Tingle and actually think he is pretty fun :) Not the funniest however. First price goes to the old men wanting you to pay for the door repair :clap:

I actually like Tingle. I think he's cool at sometimes, I don't think he's that annoying, and his intentions are good. To make a profit and become immortal. Isn't that the dream of everybody?

I don't know why, but he's always just come across as annoying. His "Tingle Tingle Kooloo Limpah" is funny at times, but still. He's tolerable, but annoying every once and a while.

i once liked him that was when he was only in MM and gave me maps plus u could shoot his ballon :) then he showed up again and again and again so now i HATE HIM

The owl in OOT was ( ans still is :p ) the most annoying character, but yea, i hate tingle. He is too...happy...almost to a gay extent...

Tingle is merely that one person we all know in our lives who just loves to push our buttons. For instance, my little sister is my real life Tingle - she pretends she is all sorts of things she isn't, and she is quite an annoyance, but you cannot imagine life without Tingle - the Tingle in Zelda or in real life, because quite frankly - It'd be way too boring without your buttons being pressed every once in a while.

he 's got his own game. HIS OWN FRIGGIN GAME! before it was released i was thinking it was a joke or something like that. but no the weird wannebee-fairy lollicon/phedofile creature gots his own game...? out of all the zelda characters they had to pick tingle, its not normal!!!

I think they did it on purpose because they knew we'd be bothered by it. I thought it was a joke too, but I guess not. XD What in the world is even the premise in that game? I remember it from someplace, but I guess I was too busy vomiting to pay attention to what the plot was.

I've always seen it as a game for kids. Although due to Tingle's nature, how he looks, acts, etc. I've quite dismissed that.

But you have to admit that they made that game for money, and they got their money.

I don't think it would be too far of a stretch to think that they might make a game completely around Mr. Owl or Navi.

It actually makes sense that they would pick Tingle. Tingle can be a major character in a few of the Zelda games and some people love him, some people hate him. It's kind of a funny situation.

Basically, this is what I think: Tingle is a rupee obssed freak who everyone hates and wants to shoot in the head with an AK-47, then bury the dead body in his girlfriends basement, and stab the Master Sword through his grave.

That is pretty much what I think of Tingle.

No. Tingle is the gayest character ever in any game. Ever. And that fact alone doesn't make him a bad character, but it sure doesn't help. His outrageous prices for maps, stupid dances, and islands full of Fairy-dressed slaves don't help either. (TWW)

I personally hated searching for rupees, especially in TWW, since the whole overworld was an ocean...

I thought Tingle was hilarious in Majora's Mask (his first appearance,) and he was fine in Wind Waker (though I thought his enslavement of David Jr. was creepy as hell.)

However, Freshly Picked Tingle's Rosy Rupeeland scares the crap out of me.

So, in other words, I like Tingle as an NPC in the normal games, but for the love of gawd, don't give him his own game. >_<

I don't HATE Tingle, I simply think his behavior is far out to be in a Zelda game. But overtime, you get used to his presence in the series and he begins to grow on you. But I still find him an annoyance more than anything.

I've never actually played it myself, but from the informations I've read about it, I'm disturbed by the concept and setting. >_<

But maybe I should try it out sometime. I heard about some of the gameplay stuff and I found it intriguing, especially having rupees instead of hearts. XD
