View Full Version : Does anyone play WoW?

I was wondering if anyone here plays WoW. I played it for a couples weeks a few months back but then I got bored and stopped playing. Now I'm wanting to play it some more so I'm gonna reinstall it and get a 60-day game card. I remember I had three characters. A human warrior named Zexion, an elf druid named Glaeder and a dwarve paladin whose name I can't recall at the moment. They were all low levels but when I play again I'm gonna level them up a lot. Also, I played on the Bladefist server.

Anyways, yes in repliance to your thread, I used to play WoW, I played for about 8 months overall on and off. I got to level 70 and went through Kara a few times, as well as ZA and went into SSC and TK once or twice.

I've stopped for the past few month's and I am deciding if I want to play it again when Lich King comes out or not.

Back on topic...No, i idon't play WOW but i heard it was really addicting and fun and whatnot. Though i do play Runescape...do you?

I used too.. But I am not into the whole "flash" games thing.

And I don't have the time or patience to get good at a new game lol.

I did play Runescape for a couple weeks but died and lost all my stuff and now I don't play anymore because the graphics are **** and it's NOTHING compared to WoW.

I have a few characters on my sister's account, but I stopped playing a while ago.
I found it got really boring really fast.
And I've never played Runescape. I was always warned to never play it =P

I've never played WoW, I've been thinking about getting it though, since my Cousin plays it. Seems interesting.

Eh, its only $15 a month, less if you purchase a three or six month package. You get what you pay for, Blizzard gives you a fantastic world to RP in, and its always updated and refined.

He does have a point. Just going by like U.S. money, Zelda Games are about $50. So you could play that for 3-4 months before you even=how much it costs to play a Zelda Game.

it's 15 dollars a month, but in europe they don't use dollars but euro's and for some reason euro's make it a lot more expensive.

Yeah, I checked and the european version is 13 euros, which translates to roughly 19-20 US. Thats f-ed up, but I think its still worth it if you have some cash on you, and you have some friends that can adventure with you online.

europeans always have to pay more for everything. like TP cost 59,99 euro when it was released, but it wouldn't surprise me if americans only have to pay 59,99 dollars. It's so unfair.

but anyway. I still don't want to play WoW. I'm not a very social gamer, i like to play games on my own and i don't like mmorpgs in general

I WISH I HAD WOW!!!!!!! It drives me insane the fact that i'm stuck with dumb ol runescape, (which i havent played in years, cuz i dont have internet at home....)

but here's the one reason I HATE WoW.....
