Bellum and the Ghost Ship

I CAN'T BEAT IT!!! I have no idea how to defeat Bellum on the ghost ship, and every time I shoot one of those creepily cool eyes, they come back and shoot more of those purple pink balls of death that sink my ship in a matter of seconds. I got 5 hearts so far for my ship, but I simply cannot defeat it! Any help is appreciated, I just want to finish the game and beat my dad to the end (he's getting the last peice of pure metal) HELP PLEASE!!!! :puppy: :puppy: :puppy: :puppy: :puppy:

Alright, first of all, you know those pink balls that hurt you? You can shoot those so they don't hurt you. And since the ship steers itself, just keep gunning away at the eyes while fending off the pink balls at the same time.

oh. Thanks, but I still got a question. Why don't the stupid eyes die? They grow back, which makes it seem like shooting them is pointless.

Shoot the eye that pops up on the side of the ship. You will only see it when you are at certain angles.
