What do all you people use to hack games like oot and etc.? The only thing i know how to hack is super mario 64 using toad's tool(though i can't find version 1 of the mario 64 rom)!

You need a ROM, EMU, and a device that lets you hack it. I suggest a google search...

It isnt a device but more so of knowing how to do it. You need to be able to understand the game's design.
