I'm sure that most everybody has thought about this one but... why can't we enter Fado's House. (If you don't know which one Fado's house is, it is the one that is underneath where you can knock down a beehive.)
As a hardcore Zelda fan, I feel that exploring is just as important as the actual main quest. I remember when I first entered Ordon when I got the game I just ran around to the various houses, getting a mental map stuck in my head of where everything is. I remember seeing Mayor Bo's house, Fado's house, and Pergie and Jaggle's house, but they were are closed. Shortly after, you can enter Pergie and Jaggle's house. Later in the game you enter Mayor Bo's house, but you are never able to enter Fado's house.
I find this to be rather frustrating. Even if I were to be allowed in, and I see that it just as a few desks, a lamp, a bed, and a bookshelf, I'd be more than satisfied. The fact that we aren't even allowed to enter the darn house frustrates me.

You can enter if you perform a certain glitch, but there is nothing in there. Im sure it lead somewhere at one point, but since a lot seemed to be taken out of TP before its release, that was removed with everything else as well.

If I listen to the voices in my head, which are usually correct, you'd get your Magic Meter from there when it was still there. So..no Magic Meter, you wont be able to get in. :)
I never noticed this at all. I don't think I've gone back to the village once I left, and I never bothered to look around.
I'll have to check this out next time I play.

I think it gives a sense of reality. Cause in most Zelda games, a door is unlocked, and no one's in there. NORMAL people lock their doors when theleave their house, no?

We might as well ask why we couldn't get into several of the houses in AoL, or several of the buidings in OoT, etc, etc and etc.
@ Mercedes - Nope.
And gj people on reviving an old topic.
And the glitch can be done several ways. All I'm going to say is that one way consists of the clawshot, iron boots, and the river that runs through the village.

What houses could we not enter in AoL? I havn't run into any yet.
Why do you keep posting in necro'd threads if you feel it's such a sin?

How about half of the houses in the entire game?

Ya, in Adventure of Link though, most those houses were clearly irrelevant. Even in say... Ocarina of Time, it was clear half the houses in the Market place were nothing either. I don't really remember much in Clocktown though. Don't remember Wind Waker either.
From what I remember though, you were able to enter just about every single house in every single 'town' in Link to the Past, Ocarina of Time, and all the handheld titles.
Fado's house wasn't just a random house in the corner of a town. Heck, it was the FIRST house Link views other than his own house. Perhaps it goes with the idea of the modernization of the franchise. Heck, we never get to go the Sera, Hanch, and Beths actual house, just the front portion that has Sera's Sundries. Similarly there are only a few times we can enter Mayor Bo's house.

I was asking for specific examples, if that would be possible.
