Okay, perhaps I'm just blatently missing something but... once Malo Mart opens up in Hyrule Castle Town, where is Malo. The shopkeeper of Malo Mart is the same shopkeeper who was running the shop there before. (Chudley's Fine Goods and Fancy Trinkets Emporium).

Once Malo Mart moves in Chudley changes his name to Malver and becomes an enthusiastic nice shopkeeper. But where is Malo? I don't see him in Kakariko Village anymore and he's not running the shop in Malo Mart?

HE EXPLODED! *bricked for being stupid*

No I think they simply just removed him since he was no longer a use or something. If it was real life, he'd behind a door you cannot access or something. ¬_¬;;.

I believe he's still hanging around in Kakariko, like PoD said, but I'm not sure.

Actually, now that I recall, I did see him in Kakariko Village. I didn't go looking for him, but in the scene where Ilia regains her memory. It shows the 4 kids (Colin, Beth, Talo, & Malo) peaking in through the window. So ya, I guess that explains it, he's in Kakariko Village.

You would think a that a shop by the name of Malo Mart would actually have Malo there. Then again, that's often how it works in the real world, but this is Nintendo and Hyrule. I expect to see Malo in Malo Mart.

I find that other than the Magic Armor, there really isn't anything useful in Malo Mart. Much like every recent Zelda title, the potions are all but useless. Then the bombs and arrows that you can purchase can be found everywhere, especially in endless amounts of treasure chests within temples.

Sometimes I find myself going into Hyrule Field and expending ridiculous amounts of arrows fighting those boar-riding creatures, and then reluctantly buying more in Malo Mart. I hate the music in that place. :)

I completely agree: I hate the music in that place! The arrows are really cheep though, so that comes in handy. But besides that and the magic armor, it is kind of pointless.

I did this AFTER beating the game, so it doesn't EXPLAIN it. Let me check later.

The music is ridiculously annoying. What's weird to me is that... even if you go into the shop in the middle of the night when there is very few people in Castle Town. Malo Mart is still full with people, very loud, and obnoxious.

For the arrows, I just never really needed them, but I suppose if I was fooling around in Hyrule Field, I could restock. I always got all the upgrades as soon as possible. With the quiver upgrades you can hold up to 100 arrows! You have to really be blatantly wasting arrows to actually use those up.

Malo is still running the shop in Kakariko Village.

I don't think he's there. I believe once Malo Mart moves, the two Goron elders are both in Malo Mart dancing, excited that Malo Mart has moved to Castle Town. I haven't really looked for him much in Kakariko Village. Perhaps he is in the inn? Who knows.

Well, I checked once, after I'd beaten the game and he was still there in Kakariko. Maybe for some reason he's not always there, but when I checked he was behind the counter, almost hidden by the dancing Gorons.

Huh... as far as I know, he never left his shop in Kakariko.

I don't think he ever leaves the shop. It's never happened on my game anyway. He's been there every time I've checked.
