I'm not exactly sure of when you get to sell your treasures and ship parts, but you can sell them on Mercay Island, just above the Dock. It's called the "Treasure Teller". During the beginning of the game, it's closed, but later on, it opens.

It is open after you have defeated the Temple of Wind (the 2nd temple) and return to Mercay Island. As Linkman said, it's in the hut at the northeast part of town.

This will be in the next part of the walkthrough which I have started and should be ready in a few days.

I haven't beaten the game yet, but isn't there somewhere else where you can sell your treasure as well?

I haven't beaten the game either, but I'm relatively close. To my knowledge, I don't believe there are any other places to sell your treasure.

value of treasure varies in each game.

for instance pink coral has a value of 150 rupees in my game. a other person might have value of 800 rupees
this goes for every treasure except regal ring.

i'm almost positive that regal ring is in each game 1500 rupees

Well you could look around on Google Images and see if you can find some there. That's what I do most of the time.

To my knowledge there is only one other place where you can sell treasures, and it's the Traveler's Ship that has all the telescope guys. They buy a specific treasure, and I'm pretty sure it's a different one in every game. For example, in one of my games they wanted Helmaroc Plumes, and in the game I've got going now, they want Goron Ambers. At any rate, they always by them for a higher price than the Treasure Teller.

Yes, the ho ho tribe buy treasures, and every few days, they buy buy a different one. Usually for 10-20% more than the treasure teller. So one day, they might be looking for the dark pearl loop, and then a few days later, they'll be looking for a zora scale instead.
