I am playing the Gamecube version of TP and, have just collected all of the "light tears" in Zelda's Domain. I forgot to learn the new howl to "call the white wolf" :( which I understand I need to do in order to learn the next "hidden skill". Does anyone know if there is a way I can go back to do it or is it possible to beat the "Lake Temple" without it? Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

I'm about through the Lake Temple, and I haven't used the hidden move yet (too complicated. BBBBBBBB for me:p) so I don't think so. It's be alot easier with it, I think it helps you beat the helmasaurs, but you can always skirt around them I think.....

You can ALWAYS go back to the howling stone...And well to learn it, you just follow what the stone does or you can cheat by reading my TP guides here at Zelda Dungeon. And no, the hidden skill is not needed.

Thanks to all for taking the time to reply. I seem to be stuck at the lake. Where do I need to go and what do I need to do to "save the Zora prince"? I tried leaving from the back door of the "Cucco Ride" tower but I couildn't get anywhere except Zora's Domain or a locked gate that Epona can't jump. I'm really glad I found this site, there seem to be a lot of nice people here who enjoy Zelda as much as I do. My grandchildren think it's "cool" that I enjoy playing video games at my age lol.

Use the canon and exit through the house. And you will find the zora prince in hyrule castle town, talk to the townsfolk, you'll find a few clues.

Yes, I agree with Avenged. Talking to the people in town is key, and looking carefully around at the surroundings will give you some help too. And if you need more help, feel free to PM me for more help in the future. Hopefully I'll be in some assistance to you.

Thank you both, I found him and now I'm trying to get him to the Shaman. I can honestly say that the longer I play this game the more I enjoy it. I really hate the "Twilit Messengers" though. I'm looking forward to the Lake Temple and I'll probably be asking for help again, lol.

Yea, the lake temple was a pain, as it is in OoT. Hopefully you won't get confused that much in there
