Best Ganon fight

Though I never played it, the Ganon fight in Oracle looked to be the best fight. Appears to be a tough fight. Thoughts?

ALttP was one of the best fights with Ganon. The Wind Waker's battle scene was also very good.

But the most epic...
That would go to TWW, TP, and OoT.

ALttP, for sure. Even though epic swordsbattle with Ganondorf, like in TWW, are really great, ALttP still has the best, and most epic, battle of them all.

I'd have to say one of the hardest would've been ALTTP; took me a while for that one.
Some of the best would include WW, TP, and OOT, because they all had pretty great scenes for it, which really help to set moods.

i loved the ganon fight in wind waker but i always wanted to battle him in oot but i cant get past the water temple. right now yesterday i started over the wii version of twilight princess and i cant wait to fight ganon and zant too!!!!!:)

Yes, A Link to the Past was a good battle, challenging for most. But, once you figure it out, it's not that difficult at all.

I think the best fight was the final stage in TP. The battle seems to have been heightened in importance and you're versing him one-on-one in a duel.

tp, ww, and oot are my favorite battles. Its the most epic because of the better music and graphics for its time. I like the actual ganon form in Oot alot. It was his first 3d appearence so it was really cool. I agree alttp was maybe the hardest but Loz was the most epic in my perspective.

I definitely think the Link to the Past battle is the best. Perhaps it's biased since it was my first Zelda game that I really played through much at all. Although I was stuck on Ganon for so long. Mostly because, I had no idea of the Silver Arrows so I just went on and on battling him. Eventually a friend showed me the Silver Arrows, and then Ganon was easy. He was easy at this point because I had fought him so many times, thinking you didn't need the Silver Arrows and just kept hiding him over and over and over until I died or ran out of magic powder to light the torches.

Nonetheless, great memories for Link to the Past Ganon.

Overall, I'd say Wind Waker is my favorite. The scene with Ganon laughing in disbelief as the ocean starts coming down around him sealed it for me.

But I have to a massive nod to the original Legend of Zelda. Ganon basically said, "Screw it, I'm going invisible", leaving you to blindly swing around the room to find him.

A Link to the Past, as it was the only battle in which I've had difficulty. In a close tie for second are Twilight Princess (final form) and the Wind Waker, because hand-to-hand combat was pure epic win, as was the music played with them, which just made the experience better. I must say though, half the reason ALttP is at the top of my list is because of how unique the battle was.

What was your D like when you fought him? If you get the final sword up grade from the great fairy and the red mail the fights pretty boring. I like going in with the lowest D possible cuz I have to stay on my toes one hit does 4-8 hearts of damage.

My favourite would have to be OOT, for the tennis. TWW was also great, as was TP. I also enjoyed the FSA one, it had a mix of classic ALTTP fighting, as well as a bit of tennis.

That's why I liked him. I dont' like long difficult bosses/games, because I get turned off way too easily.

Agreed. Although in a way, I wish the battle had been a bit more intense, with a really involved sword fighting system.

Has to be TP. First, it had a bunch of different ways that you had to fight him, and it had my favorite thing, a sword fight, and a very good one at that, very close up, and an Ending Blow to stomach. +the look on Ganon's face after was just perfect.

Twilight princess horse chase was very addictive. I think it was the best. The worst was either blindly swinging in the first zelda or playing baseball in OoT. The Gannondorf fight in OoT was just so boring i mean it took so much skill to beat him in ALttP and then the next console zelda release he is done so poorly.

I like OoT, you start out fighting him when he's just him, but then he turns into that giant beast. TP looks good too. Haven't actually seen it, but from the guidebook it has a lot of stages and looks hard yet awesome.

The hardest was in Oracle of Ages/Seasons. The best, as in terms of just koolness or epicness, would be Twilight Princess.

I think that the Twilight Princess duel at the end was incredible. Especially on the Wii version. When the two fighters lock swords, and you have to press A repeatedly, for some reason my mind always tells me I also have to push back against Ganondorf's sword so I end up pushing against nothing. The music is amazing, also, it sets up the mood of the fight.

Wind Waker's ending was phenomenal. The fight itself was alright, but...

The ganon swordfights in ww and tp are both phenomenal. Of the two I found the ww swordfight to be the most difficult and therefore the best! Almost perfection if I may say so :clap:
