Please help

I am new to the forum and I was wondering if anyone could tell me how to find the maze and how to get the grapple hook?

I cant find the island where the maze is, or Goron Island.
I cant even find the other two sea charts.

That's the best I can do other than reading it and then telling you. I haven't played PH or own a DS- nor do I plan to get one and play it.
